Bo’s @ Cogra on the Hawkesbury is a secluded one of a kind property.
It’s uniquely designed for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Bo’s @ Cogra is a water access only property, meaning there is no car access. Cars need to park at Brooklyn and guests travel via boat to Bo’s @ Cogra.
A two storey house with a bedroom on each floor. It has 2 bathrooms. There is a nice reading area on the second floor and the verandah has an eating area and BBQ.
Bo’s @ Cogra is great for a couple or 2 couples to get away and spend some quality time with nature. Why not sit back, relax and listen to the birds or throw in a line and hopefully catch something for dinner.
Guests may utilise the Boat Shed (which has it’s own toilet). The Boat Shed offers a perfect place to sit with the roller door up to enjoy a nice drop of your favourite beverage whilst watching the sun go down.
House Rules
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the property. Please be mindful of your butts when smoking outside to avoid polluting the river. Dispose of butts appropriately.
Neighbouring Properties
Please do not use the neighbouring jetties for fishing from or for any other purpose. There are no fencing on most properties so please respect the properties bounderies.
Sound & Noise
Sound travels well in the Hawkesbury, please be aware and respectful of this and reduce noise between 9pm – 8am.
Toilets
Please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet as our septic does not appreciate it.
Pets
Pets are NOT permitted anywhere at the property.
BBQ
The BBQ is there for your use. On check out please check gas is turned off and BBQ has been wiped down.
Rubbish
Don’t forget to take your rubbish with you and leave the property neat and tidy. There is no council pick up on river properties. Please minimise the amount of waste you generate during your stay. There are bins at all mainland jetties & boat ramps, as well as marinas.
Safety
Please note there is a Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket located inside the pantry in the kitchen. Torches and Tea candles are located in the kitchen in case of a black out.
Fires
Please be aware in spring and autumn when lighting inside/outside fires that they are extinguished and in summer please be aware of total fire bans and of all safety risks associated due to the environment.
Liabilities
Attunga does not accept liability for injury, accidents, loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our control. No responsibility is taken for personal items left on the premises during or after departure.
On departure please check all doors and windows are closed and locked. And all lights, fans and air conditioners are turned off. Please leave the property neat and tidy, and the Dishwasher is empty. Ensure Keys are returned to lock box.
