Hawkesbury River Accommodation, has been operating for over many years as part of Hawkesbury River Real Estate and we are now excited to take it to the next level. Now it is partnered with AB’s Complete Property Services which has operated on the river for over 12 years. We specialise in water front properties in suburbs such as, Brooklyn, Mooney Mooney, Dangar Island, Milsons Passage, Cogra Bay, Marlow, Little Wobby, Berowra Waters, Mooney Mooney Creek and Wondabyne. Here at Hawkesbury River Accommodation, we offer both holiday let management and also cleaning, laundry, gardening and maintenance of properties.

Hawkesbury River Accommodation is a family operated end to end holiday rental and property caretaking business operated by Janine & Adrian Bevan. We consider your property to be ours and treat it as such at all times. Unlike large holiday rental management agencies we endeavour to visit your property often and implement suggestions received from guests ASAP. We are the face of your property and look forward to working with you to build the brand that is your property and provide the best revenue return for you whilst ensuring that when you do visit your property you can spend your time enjoying it and not having to clean and maintain it.

We have partnered with the team at Riverfront Real Estate to ensure that any holiday let enquiries that come by them, come to us! As the Lower Hawkesbury’s leading agency, and the Hawkesbury Info Centre, they have the capacity to send guests our way whenever they have enquiries!

First step a guest will take is searching online for available properties. Therefore, we make it a priority to market on the two largest holiday letting websites. We also have a tab on the Riverfront Real Estate website with all our current holiday lets.
