Attunga - A Riverside Retreat

Boats may be tied up at Attunga. This is a floating pontoon and tying your boat to the wharf is your responsibility. We accept no responsibility for damage to boats moored/tied to the Attunga wharf. The first wharf bay on the northern side is for the house and you can also use the mooring buoy located just off the wharf.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the property. Please be mindful of your butts when smoking outside to avoid polluting the river. Dispose of butts appropriately.

Neighbouring Properties

Please do not use the neighbouring jetties for fishing from or for any other purpose. There are no fencing on most properties so please respect the properties bounderies.

Sound & Noise

Sound travels well in the Hawkesbury, please be aware and respectful of this and reduce noise between 9pm – 9am.

Toilets

Please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet as our septic does not appreciate it.

BBQ

The BBQ is there for your use. On check out please check gas is turned off and BBQ has been wiped down.

Rubbish

Don’t forget to take your rubbish with you and leave the property neat and tidy. There is no council pick up on river properties. Please minimise the amount of waste you generate during your stay. There are bins at all mainland jetties & boat ramps, as well as marinas.

Safety

Please note there is a Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket located inside the pantry in the kitchen. Torches and Tea candles are located in the kitchen in case of a black out.

Fires 

Please be aware in spring and autumn when lighting inside/outside fires that they are extinguished and in summer please be aware of total fire bans and of all safety risks associated due to the environment.

Children

Children must be supervised at all times, both inside and outside the house. Any damage caused to any item in the house must be paid for.

Liabilities

Attunga does not accept liability for injury, accidents, loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our control. No responsibility is taken for personal items left on the premises during or after departure.

On departure please check all doors and windows are closed and locked. And all lights, fans and air conditioners are turned off. Please leave the property neat and tidy, and the Dishwasher is empty. Ensure Keys are returned to lock box.
