Treehouse @ Milson's Passage

Boats may be tied up at Treehouse. Maximum boat size is 6m. This is a floating pontoon and tying your boat to the wharf is your responsibility. We accept no responsibility for damage to boats moored/tied to the Treehouse wharf. Treehouse’s wharf position is the right side.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside Treehouse. Please be mindful of your butts when smoking outside to avoid polluting the river. Dispose of butts appropriately.

Neighbouring Properties

Please do not use the neighbouring jetties for fishing from or for any other purpose.

Toilets

Please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet as our septic does not appreciate it.

BBQ

The BBQ is there for your use. On check out please check gas is turned off and BBQ has been wiped down.

Rubbish

Don’t forget to take your rubbish with you and leave the property neat and tidy. There is no council pick up on river properties. Please minimise the amount of waste you generate during your stay. There are bins at all mainland jetties & boat ramps, as well as marinas.

Safety

Please note there is a Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket located inside the pantry in the kitchen. Torches and Tea candles are located in the kitchen in case of a black out.

Children

Children must be supervised at all times, both inside and outside the house. Any damage caused to any item in the house must be paid for.

Pets

Small dogs are allowed only after approval. Please ensure you clean up after your dog.

Liabilities

Treehouse does not accept liability for injury, accidents, loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our control. No responsibility is taken for personal items left on the premises during or after departure.

Being Water Wise

Treehouse relies on rainwater for its water supply. Please be conservative with this precious resource.
